Start of training 2023
On August 01, 2023, twelve new trainees started at avitea and avitea Industrieservice in six different apprenticeships.
The day started with getting to know the contact persons and a welcome by the management. Afterwards, the trainees went to Westenholz to play 3D mini-golf.
At the end of the first training day, a barbecue event took place in the Orange (employee lounge) of the avitea headquarters in Lippstadt. Here, the new trainees were able to get to know their trainers and managers as well as the trainees of the previous training years and exchange ideas.Â
