The avitea Industrieservice mission statement is the foundation of our corporate culture. To the outside world, it details what customers, partners, employees and applicants can expect from us and what they can count on. Internally, it serves as a guide for our actions: this company policy applies to every employee of our company. The management and every executive in the company undertake to comply with this corporate policy. Compliance with relevant national, European and international laws and regulations is a matter of course for us. Management evaluates the effectiveness of the management system through regular checks and, if necessary, initiates appropriate corrective and improvement measures. We work together with employees, customers, suppliers and authorities as well as other interested parties in a spirit of trust.

As avitea, we are connected to the Group-wide whistleblower portal tellUS! and thus offer employees or other persons associated with us such as external third parties worldwide the opportunity to report relevant information securely and confidentially around the clock - at any time and anonymously if desired. We ask whistleblowers to always use the system responsibly and only use it if a personal conversation with the direct avitea contact person is not an option. The safety and health of our employees are important to us. We provide a suitable infrastructure and regularly train our employees on occupational health and safety topics. We are committed to the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety services, in particular to compliance with relevant occupational health and safety regulations and company agreements on occupational health and safety, hygiene standards and verified occupational science findings. To this end, we have made the necessary financial resources as well as the human and time resources available.
