Start of training in 2022

avitea will train three personnel service clerks and one IT specialist in the field of system integration at various locations in the region. 

avitea Industrieservice is pleased to welcome five new trainees. One apprentice each in the training professions of plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology and office management clerk as well as two specialists for protection and security.

Carina Knuf, Personnel Development Officer, has put together a varied program for the first day:

• Greeting and welcome event with Carina Knuf (avitea) and Stephanie Walter (avitea Industrieservice).
• Getting to know the members of the management
• Playing swing golf in Westenholz
• And as a finale: Joint barbecue event with the trainees from the other years and the trainers 

The second day was dedicated to "Business etiquette for trainees". Communication, body language and small talk were the topics on the agenda, and pizza was served during the lunch break  

From the third day on, the trainees were trained in their areas of operation.
