In temporary employment, employees of a lender (employer) are fully integrated into the organization of the hirer (customer) and are also subject to the hirer's authority to issue instructions. This is not the case when working under work and service contracts. avitea Industrieservice itself operates logistic areas, takes over janitor activities or production-supporting activities on behalf of the customer, but under its own organization, for example. This means that you are not a temporary employee but work as an avitea Industrieservice employee at our project locations.

We have five major service areas for which we regularly seek and hire employees. You can join us in logistics, safety, production support or quality and re-working. In addition, we have a facility management division, which in turn is divided as follows: cleaning, electrical services, painting and varnishing, gardening and landscaping and heating, plumbing and air conditioning. In these areas, we are looking for people with journeyman and/or master qualifications from industry and trade.

No, we don’t. With our brand Meisterbetriebe, we provide skilled work in the areas of electrical service management, heating and plumbing, painting services and gardening and landscaping – for private customers as well. This makes our work exceptionally varied, since you take on work in industrial companies and also work for private customers. 

The opportunities for professional development at our company are very extensive. There is the option to attend forklift or crane training courses or receive trainings in the area of load securing. We also offer individual training opportunities – depending on your needs. You will find practical examples in the security area, for example. 

At a multi-service provider, you have a variety of opportunities to work at different companies and in different industries. The change from full-time to part-time is relatively easy to implement if required. The same applies to a desired change of location within the state of NRW. 

Basically no, but we do apply generally binding collective agreements in cleaning and security. In addition, we also base our rates on existing collective agreements in the skilled trades areas.
