Would you like to improve the quality of your production in the long term? We would be happy to set up continuous quality control at your plant. Tailored to your individual concept, our quality teams ensure that the quality of incoming goods is constantly maintained at a high level. This ensures that only correct parts enter production, even outside of explicit incidents.

We also offer end-of-line inspections

End-of-line (EOL) refers to a final inspection at the end of your production line to test the current quality status of your product. Once all manufacturing processes have been completed, the product is comprehensively checked for defects and completeness. Particularly in sensitive production processes (e.g. in the automotive industry), the end-of-line inspection provides important information for quality assurance after the production processes. With this service, we ensure product quality by ensuring that finished components only leave production after being inspected. Untested components are sorted out and not dispatched.

On an ongoing basis, our team creates a detailed test report for each quality control, consisting of an overview of the inspected parts and the results of the tests. Based on this inspection report, potential sources of error can be identified and eliminated for future batches. Our quality control thus forms the foundation for improved quality standards in the long term.

If quality problems are identified in your production, our flexible quality team comes into action. After preparing and confirming an individual offer and defining the test procedures and criteria, our employees are provided with a separate work area to carry out the quality checks. Optionally, we can also take over the upstream and downstream logistical processes such as transporting the parts to quality control and back to the production line. Our self-sufficient team carries out visual inspections, sorting activities and reworking in the designated work area in accordance with the customer-specific inspection concept. More complex inspection activities such as measurements, X-ray and microscope inspections and noise tests can also be carried out by our employees.

Clearly defined quality standards are established at the start of the production process as part of a firewall or quality wall. These quality standards are used to check the delivered goods before they enter production. The firewall helps to identify potential errors at an early stage and thus reduce costs, avoid a possible production line stoppage or prevent potential reputational damage.

Our quality team is flexible and can respond to requests at short notice - both regionally in North Rhine-Westphalia and on a national and international level. Materials and testing equipment are usually provided by the client to ensure that quality checks and rework are carried out quickly and correctly.

If a quality problem is identified, our quality team will be there for you quickly and easily. If you agree to our individually prepared offer, our specialists will begin with the visual inspection and any necessary reworking. We implement the inspection instructions you provide, taking internal and external specifications into account. We will be happy to support you in drawing up an inspection concept or detailed inspection instructions for the inspection of your goods.

2. implementation of quality control

After receiving your order confirmation, our quality team starts work. The stock where a quality problem has occurred is blocked and transported to the defined transfer area. The goods to be inspected are now sorted in a separate area based on the customer's inspection instructions and reworked if necessary.

3. return transport and test report

Once all parts have been sorted into the categories "OK" and "not OK", they are made available to the customer on the handover area. The inspection report is then sent to the customer so that they are able to analyze the incident and implement process optimization.
