Innovation Arena 2025: Where HR, logistics and the future meet

More than 100 enthusiastic participants experienced a day full of inspiration, intensive exchange and valuable impulses.

Keynote speakers Stefanie Rheker (FORVIA HELLA), Reinhard Nissl (Microsoft Germany) and interview partner Olaf Thon provided groundbreaking insights: from lessons learned from AI applications in the HR sector à "AI can drive what helps employees thrive"- to strategies for winning over the highly competitive "workless deskforce" and exciting parallels between professional sport and business. These ideas provided valuable inspiration, particularly for the logistics sector, which has to compete for skilled workers.

The specially designed start-up tour made it possible to get to know innovative companies and their solutions at first hand and to take away fresh ideas for your own practice.

The view from the event room into the impressive arena underlined the central question of the day: How do you set up the perfect team to be successful in competition - whether in sport or in business? In addition to the high-caliber presentations, the unique atmosphere of the Schalke Arena and the view from the stands made for a special event experience. The crowning finale was an exciting panel discussion in which modern ways of recruiting personnel were once again intensively debated.
