• Operate & prepare machines:
  You set up production systems, check them before they start and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Supporting processes:
  Together with the coordinator, you plan staff deployment and keep shift operations running efficiently.
• Keeping an eye on quality:
  You carry out visual inspections under a microscope or using an inspection system and document cleanly and traceably.
• Precision assembly & soldering:
  You solder small components precisely by hand - for example, when making corrections or assembling samples.
• Versatile collaboration:
  You will provide support with warehouse and production activities and ensure that everything is handed over properly at the end of the shift.

What you should bring

• Sound experience in production, ideally in electronics production or in handling machines and systems.
• A sound technical understanding - you are proficient in production processes, operate machines confidently and can assess technical problems independently.
• Good fine motor skills, confident manual soldering and a strong awareness of quality.
• You are a team player, reliable and have a structured way of working.
• ERP or MS Office knowledge is a plus.
• You are prepared to work in shifts without night shifts.
