In the avitea group, we can also suggest other suitable jobs to you and present your profile to potential client companies. To do this, we need your consent to store your application data beyond the end of the specific application process.  To do this, please activate the checkbox by clicking on it with a tick.

In this case, your personal data that you provided to us during the entire application process (e.g. cover letter, CV, photo, certificates, questionnaires, interviews) will be stored in our applicant database for a maximum of 24 additional months after the end of the specific application process, unless you have agreed to longer storage.

We use this data to contact you at a later date, if necessary, and to continue the application process or, if you should be considered for another position, to consider you for it. If "special categories of personal data" have themselves been provided in the letter of application or other documents submitted in the application process, we may also process this data in the above sense.

You can refuse this consent without giving reasons and without having to fear any disadvantages because of this. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent at any time in text form via the e-mail address info@avitea-industrieservice.de. Please note that the revocation is only effective for the future. This means that processing that took place before the revocation remains lawful and is not affected by it. Please also note that we may need to retain certain data for a certain period of time in order to comply with legal requirements.

The same applies to data processing on the basis of other permissions after receipt of the revocation.
