Operating and monitoring a cooking robot including technical processes
Coordination of service assignments and planning of filling, cleaning and personnel processes
Working in accordance with the goods usage specifications and forward-looking calculation of daily food requirements
Ensuring hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP and proper storage of all food and raw materials

What you should bring

Completed training or studies in the gastronomic sector, basic knowledge of food processes advantageous/required
High affinity for technology and confident handling of digital systems
Structured, reliable and clean way of working and organizational skills
Mobility between 5 locations
Strong quality awareness
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, creativity, organizational skills
