What awaits you

• You’ll organize and coordinate all types of shipments—especially exciting special shipments
• You keep track of incoming orders and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You’ll work closely with freight forwarders and assign the appropriate orders
• You’ll serve as the point of contact for our customers and service providers—by phone and email
• You’ll also handle administrative tasks such as invoices, delivery slips, and preliminary bookkeeping
• When handling complaints, you find pragmatic and customer-focused solutions

What you should bring

• A business apprenticeship—for example, as a business administrator (m/f/d) in freight forwarding and logistics services or as a business administrator (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade
• Initial experience in logistics, scheduling, or transportation
• Organizational skills and a passion for coordinating tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a cool head, even when things get hectic
• Knowledge of an Eastern European language is required; knowledge of English is a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
