Manual machine cleaning

Every machine has its own special cleaning requirements. In order not to endanger the production process, the specialized cleaning steps are usually carried out manually. Depending on the machine's cladding (for example, Plexiglas, metal or sheet metal), the outer walls are cleaned dry or with clear glass using a microfiber cloth. In addition, dust covers are cleaned by means of vacuum cleaners or specially impregnated cloths on mops. Here our experts take into account the individual regulations (e.g. ESD, conductivity) of the production process.

Cleaning the surroundings and access routes

Wet cleaning at the washing station

Wet cleaning of machine parts can only ever be carried out at the in-house washing station so as not to jeopardize ongoing production. For this purpose, the machine operator takes the individual components of the machine apart and has them transported to the washing station. Here, our cleaning team uses high-pressure cleaners or oil separators to intensively clean the individual components.
