Our technical property manager is your first point of contact and ensures the functional efficiency of the buildings, technical facilities and infrastructural properties. After agreement of the individual service specifications, in which tasks and rota are defined, operator responsibility can be transferred.

The tasks in technical building management include, for example:

• the maintenance of technical systems such as compressed air, electrical and sanitary systems
• the maintenance of safety-relevant installations such as escape route lighting
• drawing up lighting concepts and
• supervising construction work indoors and outdoors, or
• Supporting experts, SV inspections and official inspections.

In addition, we assume responsibility for compliance with the applicable technical and legal regulations when it comes to safety-relevant issues such as the sprinkler system or fire protection systems. The technical site manager prioritises the tasks that arise and coordinates the building technicians and any additional specialist departments that may be required.
