We have been recognised for the quality of our training!

On 20 September 2024, avitea Industrieservice was awarded the seal for training quality by the Dortmund Chamber of Crafts. Janis Erdmann (centre of the picture) and Sören Strohmeier received the seal at an award ceremony. The award was presented for the exemplary training of young people as well as the successful recruitment and retention of skilled labour.

The Dortmund Chamber of Skilled Crafts honoured a total of 40 companies from the chamber district that stand out for the quality of their training. HWK President Berthold Schröder and Karl-Josef Laumann, Minister of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, personally presented the seals to the award winners.

We are very proud to have been honoured with the training seal. This award confirms our commitment to offering young people qualified and future-orientated training. The continuous promotion of junior staff and the retention of qualified specialists are of central importance for securing the future of the company.
