avitea and avitea Industrieservice were awarded as "Employer of the Future". In a ceremonial setting, the awards were presented to Markus Humpert as a member of the management of avitea GmbH as well as Managing Director of avitea Industrieservice GmbH in Frankfurt.

By receiving the "Employer of the Future" seal from the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization, avitea and avitea Industrieservice demonstrate competence and foresight. The Innovation Institute honors companies that are particularly future-oriented.

A multi-stage review process that precedes an award ensures that all criteria are met. The focus is on the further development of digitization and sustainability. Both are basic prerequisites for corporate success and contribute to an improved work structure, as well as employee satisfaction. The initiative is supported by the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries.
