avitea and avitea Industrieservice have once again been honored as a "family-friendly company" by Wirtschaftsförderung Kreis Soest GmbH.
In addition to the measures already implemented, the planned further development with regard to the family-friendliness of the company also plays an important role in the award.

avitea and avitea Industrieservice are continuously working on needs-based solutions for the entire workforce. The certificate "Family-friendly company in the district of Soest" is awarded as part of the project Competence Center Woman & Profession Hellweg-Hochsauerland, funded by the state of NRW.

Through the award "family-friendly company" avitea and avitea Industrieservice show again how important the compatibility of family and career is today.
